New critical skills visa’s list

On 2 February 2022, South Africa’s Minister of the Department of Home Affairs signed the newly-gazetted Critical Skills list into law, stipulating which skills and qualifications are deemed to be critical for either an application for a work visa or permanent residence permit.

In order to match the new list of 101 occupations that have been identified as critical for the South African labour market, Le Roux Attorneys (through their SA VISAS branch) chooses me for updating their “Critical Skills Visa – Pack Information” and asked me to build in into Word so they can edit it themselves and adapt other type of visa document (Life Partner visa, Student visa, Retirement Visa) with the same format of branding.
