Design layout for the catalog of a high-end student residence in Stellenbosch, South Africa.

The One is an iconic four-storey, fully-managed residential development consisting of 509 luxury apartments that features amongst others, a resort-style pool and themed courtyards, as well as a bespoke restaurant, coffee shop, and an on-site convenience store. Packed with a long list of incredible learning environments and amenities, The One is unlike any other development in the Western Cape, offering the ultimate luxury in private student residence.

High-end student apartments

Collaborating with the agency Future Creative, my task was to produce an A4 brochure for investors. Within a very short timeframe, I had to create a look-and-feel, essentially an art direction, for the document to enhance the refined identity of the luxury residence. I then applied this art direction across a 40-page format in InDesign, based on the editorial content provided by the agency.
