Become a More Inclusive Workplace

Launched in 2018 by INCO and supported by Fondation Chanel, Pow'her in Tech is a free resource for employers seeking to improve diversity and gender inclusion...
It is based on 3 branches:
• Raising awareness of young women to the digital professions;
• Training, mentoring and support towards employment for women wishing to enter the digital industry;
• A guide for employers in the sector to promote good practices related to gender inclusion in their companies.

How to give a face and promote it on different supports?

My goal was to create a visual identity that could be adapted in different formats because in addition to making the layout of the guide, we had to promote it via visuals and videos, a type of "snack-content" on social networksand. INCO also made a website with the talented Alexia Toulmet and Emile Ledure). Helped by Garry Baptiste, I also filmed and edited learners who have taken this program.

Creative solution

In order for the target audience to identify with it, I wanted to remain very sober with a bold and capital typography, including the so-called feminine symbol. The colors were validated by the Chanel Foundation. For the image library, I opted for a "collage" style rich in diversity.
