Founded in 2016 by Janine “Blaq Pearl” Van Rooy-Overmeyer, the Blaqpearl Foundation is a non-profit organization (NPC) based in Mitchell’s Plain, specialized in creating empowerment programs for young people.
Through art, sports, and other workshops, the organization enables its members to develop skills and reach their full potential to enter the job market.

A new website

The NPC's previous website, dating back to 2017, was built on WordPress using the Divi builder. I suggested switching to Beaver Builder Lite, a free page builder, while selecting a more accessible theme: OceanWP.
