Alumnforce is a web and mobile application created by Mevia. This 2.0 solution is designed for schools, universities, and alumni associations that wish to build an effective professional social network for their members, including students, graduates, faculty, and recruiters. The application is fully customisable to reflect the identity of your community and configurable to better meet your organisation’s priorities. Its features are organised as independent modules, allowing the creation of a tailored, made-to-measure application.

3-month internship

During my 12-week internship, required to complete the second and final year of my DUT MMI – Major : Multimedia & the Internet Careers (equivalent to Higher National Diploma), I had the opportunity to work on the UX and UI of the mobile application.

Mockflow, Photoshop AND Invision

My first month was dedicated to User Experience (UX), during which I created personas, revised the basic product architecture, and produced numerous wireframes for various modules (messaging, events and articles, directory, groups). The last two months focused on User Interface (UI), where I designed each screen in Photoshop before creating a mobile-ready prototype using InVision.
