Pow’her in tech
Brand identity and layout for a training program dedicated to promoting gender equality.

How to Become a More Inclusive Company?
Launched in 2018 by INCO with the support of the Chanel Foundation, Pow’her in Tech is a training program aimed at promoting gender equality in the technology sector.
It is structured around three pillars:
• Raising awareness among young women about careers in digital and tech
• Training, mentoring, and supporting women who wish to enter the technology sector
• A guide for employers in the sector to promote best practices for gender inclusion within their companies

How to create a visual identity and promote it across different formats?
My goal was to create a visual identity that could be adapted across multiple formats. In addition to designing the layout of the guide, we needed to promote it through “snack-content” visual and video content on social media, as well as through a website co-developed by Alexia T. and Emile L.. Assisted by Garry B., I also filmed and edited footage of participants who had completed the program.

Creative solution
To ensure the target audience could identify with it, I opted for a very clean design with bold, uppercase typography, incorporating the female symbol. The color palette was approved by the Chanel Foundation. For the image library, I chose a collage style rich in diversity.
